Most of the anxiety panic attacks occur because people have some type of phobia that they are dealing with. A phobia is nothing more than being frightful of something. In fact most people have a phobia of something; it could be spiders, snakes, dogs or anything else that could cause someone to become anxious if they are confronted with that thing that they are scared of.
